Super 8 by Wyndham Malvern

Location is absolutely great. Accessible to many stores and restaurants and rite by the airport. Family style rooms, great for extended stay. Great if you have pets. My daughter and I with 2 dogs drove from New Jersey. Yikes so long. 31 + hours. We got to the property at about 10 pm. We were greeted by Eric, absolutely amazing. Great customer service , it’s tough at that time of night . He helped us get settled ❤️ after a very long drive. In the morning we decide to stay another 2 days and spoke to Jennifer. Again absolutely amazing. She helped with my extended stay. The level of customer service for these 2 are what very tired customers need after a very long day. Thank you Chase Suite El Paso. Keep up the great customer service training with your employees . Definitely will come back and recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. We were only there for one night. What I most appreciate was the price. Finally, a property that charged a fair price for a night's stay. It's difficult finding an affordable place that is decent when you're a senior citizen and on a fixed income. So, for us, that was a huge thing. Deeply appreciated. The only thing I would add, is the shower could use a shelf or somewhere to put your soap & shampoo. Or attach a soap dispenser to the wall. Other than that, I was pleased with all the room had to offer. We will most definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located in a quiet spot just off the interstate. Perfect for an overnight stay, Also just 15 mi off Hot Springs and state parks, which are a gem.

the room was recently updated, very nice! except there was no extra lock on the door. inside room was clean clean and nice but outside was not clean and smelled. room was clean except a pizza box containing a cookie from Pizza Hut was in the microwave. but everything else looked clean. it was just weird and made you hope that the room was cleaned. will stay here again tho.

I had booked 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and 2 young grandbabies. I liked that they put the rooms next to each other. I think the ladies name was Carolyn, she was a awesome. She was so friendly and helped with our needs. I would definitely stay there again.
